Margaritas at the San Angel Inn - Mexico in the World Showcase at Epcot. Be sure to ride the boat there when you're done.
Don't ride Spaceship Earth upon arrival at Epcot in the morning (if there is a line) - head back further in the park and come back later when the lines are gone. Or ride last thing at night, you'll walk right on.

Have lunch at Japan in the World Showcase at Epcot. Food is prepared benihana style
right before your eyes and it is much less expensive than the same food ordered at dinner. All the waitstaff, chefs etc are from Japan too!
Norway has a cool boat ride and you'll learn about their culture.
The Fountain of Nations at Epcot - plan to watch it! It is especially spectacular at night with an explosive water show set to music. We usually pack a lunch (or buy it) and
watch the fountain while we eat, there are lots of benches and places to sit.
Take the behind the seeds tour at the Land. See hydroponic gardening and plant
engineering up close. You'll learn a lot and get to visit areas not normally seen by visitors on the ride. This tour is not as expensive as some - it is only around $6.
Outside Innoventions there are multi-colored patterns in the walk, at night they light up
and swirl. Stand in the middle for a cool photo.
Epcot - Look for Timon and Rafiki in the Land.
Epcot - At night, look outside on the ground near Innoventions - It Sparkles. Kids of all
ages love it. The secret? Fiber Optics.
Epcot - At night, Take in Illuminations, some of the best places are on the lagoon. Mexico's Cantina is a good spot too, if you can get there early.
