What is Me-Shaped?
Here's what happens before most people come to me.
They've already done the work. Hired the designer. Picked the colors. Written the copy. Launched the website. Maybe they've done it twice.
And it looks fine. Professional, even. But when they look at it, they get this feeling — a low-grade wince they can't quite explain. The website doesn't sound like them. The about page describes someone they used to be. The offers were built from someone else's template.
So they tweak. They redesign. They rewrite. They try a different strategy. And it still doesn't feel right.
It doesn't feel right because they skipped a step. The most important one.
They never figured out what “me” actually looks like — online, in their work, in the way they show up — before they started building.
Me-Shaped is the step that should have come first.
It's not a brand archetype. There's no quiz that tells you you're a “Sage” or a “Rebel” and hands you a color palette. There's no category to discover you fit into.
Me-Shaped means exactly what it says: shaped like you. Not like a type. Not like a template. Like the actual human you already are — uncovered, not invented.
It's a methodology for figuring out four things:
Your Voice
what you actually sound like when you stop performing. Not the polished version. Not the “I should sound like this” version. The one your friends recognize but your website doesn't. Voice is the fastest trust signal there is — people feel a mismatch before they can name it. When your website sounds like one person and your Instagram sounds like another, visitors don't choose one. They leave.
Your Values
not the list from a brand exercise. The things that quietly steer every decision you make — what clients you take, what offers you build, what makes you angry when someone else does it wrong. When your offers and messaging are aligned with your actual values, everything feels easier. When they're not, everything feels like a performance.
Your Energy
what “you” looks and feels like, visually and experientially. Before anyone picks a font or a color palette. The room you'd want to walk into vs. the one that makes you want to leave. Most people pick their brand visuals from a template or based on what's trendy then wonder why their website feels like someone else's living room.
Your Offers
whether the things you sell actually match who you are. Or whether you built half of them because you saw someone else do it and thought you should. Your offers are promises — and when those promises don't match the person making them, the whole thing feels off. For you and for the people considering buying.
When those four things are clear, everything else gets easier. The copy writes faster because you know what you sound like. The design decisions get simpler because you know what feels right. The offers stop feeling like a performance because they're actually built on you.
Me-Shaped is the foundation.
Digital Coherence is the framework.
I built two things at B Unlimited, and they work together.
Me-Shaped asks: who are you? What does “you” actually look like in your work, your voice, your visual presence, your offers? It's the inner layer — clarity of identity before clarity of strategy.
Digital Coherence asks: does your digital presence match? Is every touchpoint — your website, your social profiles, your content, your SEO — telling the same story? It's the outer layer — the diagnostic framework that measures alignment across eight dimensions.
Here's the thing: you can't measure alignment if you don't know what you're aligning to.
Most people try to fix their digital presence without ever getting clear on who they are. They audit the outside before they've built the inside. And they end up with a presence that's technically sound but still doesn't feel like theirs.
Me-Shaped gives you the foundation. Digital Coherence gives you the audit. Together, they're the full system.
Some people need both. Some people only need one. You enter from whichever side matches where you are right now.
This is for you if you've been asking the wrong question.
The wrong question is “what's broken on my website?”
The right question — the one that changes everything — is “does any of this actually feel like me?”
You might be a consultant who's been in business for years but whose website still sounds like it was written by committee. A coach whose offers were built from someone else's blueprint. An author whose online presence feels like a costume. A creative business owner who keeps redesigning because nothing sticks.
You're not bad at marketing. You're not behind. You just started building before you had a foundation.
The Me-Shaped Discovery Journal
Format: Digital PDF (print-friendly + fillable versions)
The self-guided version. 38 pages of exercises that walk you through voice, values, energy, and offers — and help you build a Me-Shaped Statement you can hold up against every digital presence decision going forward.
This is for you if you're a pen-and-paper thinker, if you want to do this at your own pace, or if you just need the right questions asked in the right order.
The Me-Shaped Session
Format: 60–90 minute Zoom, 1:1 with Lisa
The guided version. You bring your completed (or half-completed) journal. I bring 30 years of seeing what people miss about their own digital presence. We work through what you found, where you got stuck, and what you can't quite see about yourself yet. You leave with a Me-Shaped Statement you actually believe.
This is for you if you want someone in the room — someone who'll say “read that back to me” and “do you actually believe that, or did you write it because you thought you should?”
Once you know your shape.
The journal and the session give you the foundation. What comes next depends on what you need.
If you want to audit your digital presence yourself → The Digital Coherence Companion Workbook ($37) walks you through all eight dimensions — with your Me-Shaped Statement as the thing you're auditing against.
If you want a professional audit → The Clarity Audit ($997) is me going through your entire digital presence and telling you where it matches who you are and where it doesn't.
If you want the audit plus a conversation → The Clarity Session ($1,497) includes everything in the audit plus a 60–75 minute Zoom where we walk through it together.
You don't have to do any of those things. The Me-Shaped work stands on its own. But if you want to take it further, the path is there.
That's what coherence gives you. Not a guarantee of rankings — a guarantee that when someone or something tries to figure out what you do, the answer is right.
